Absolutely. Physical activity is more than ust an outlet for energy. It is a key part of healthy development. Boys (and plenty of girls too) will usually focus better and engage more in learning when they’ve had the chance to move, compete, and work off that surplus energy. I can see that with my son and his friends in a very obvious way :-).
The physical work is especially important for young boys, in my opinion. They have too much energy to be cooped up in a classroom all day.
